12 Bravo Construction conducts our own repairs in house. Our technicians must pass manufacture training and demonstrate proficiency in roofing repair knowledge. This is why we can trust our workmanship with a 1 year warranty on roofing repairs.

12 Bravo (Stephen) came out and replaced my AC drip pan, which was rusted due to not draining properly. He did it right by installing a float switch and cleaning my primary and secondary drain. All this and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your next project.
